Service Areas

Clarke Customer Care has factory-trained technicians who specialize in service for the following brands:

Sub-Zero
Clarke Customer Care provides warranty service, by factory-trained technicians, for your Sub-Zero appliances. Sub-Zero's factory warranty is as follows:

  • Full Two-Year Warranty: All Sub-Zero products carry a two-year warranty on parts and labor for any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. Stainless steel (Classic, Platinum, and Carbon) doors, panels, product frames, and interior surfaces are covered by a limited 60-day parts and labor warranty for cosmetic defects. Replacement water filter cartridges are not covered by the product warranty.
  • Five-Year Warranty on the Sealed System: All Sub-Zero products carry a five-year parts and labor warranty to repair or replace any components in the sealed system that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. The warranty covers these key components: compressor, condenser, evaporator, dryer, and all connecting tubing.
  • Twelve-Year Limited Warranty: After the five-year full warranty, an additional seven-year parts warranty covers the sealed system.

Wolf
Clarke Customer Care provides warranty service, by factory-trained technicians, for your Wolf appliances. Wolf's factory warranty is as follows:

  • Full Two-Year Warranty: For two years from the date of original installation,your Wolf Appliance product warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. All service provided by Wolf Appliance Company under the above warranty must be performed by Wolf Appliance factory authorized service centers, unless otherwise specified by Wolf Appliance Company. Service will be provided in the home during normal business hours.
  • Limited Third Through Fifth Year Warranty: From the third through fifth year from the date of original installation, Wolf will repair or replace any of the following parts that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship: gas burners (excluding appearance), electric heating elements, ventilation blower motors, electronic control boards, magnetron tubes, and induction generators. Wolf recommends that you use Wolf factory authorized service centers to perform such service. Labor to remove and replace defective parts is not covered.
  • Lifetime Limited Warranty: For the life of the product, Wolf will repair or replace any barbecue body or barbecue hood that rusts through as a result of defective material or workmanship. Labor to remove and replace defective parts is not covered. Wolf recommends that you use Wolf factory authorized service centers to perform such service.

ASKO
Clarke Customer Care provides warranty service, by factory-trained technicians, for your ASKO washer, dryer, or dishwasher. ASKO's factory warranty is as follows:

  • 3 years: All parts and labor
  • 5 years: Parts for electronic controls, timers, motors and pumps
  • Lifetime: stainless steel drum (see Warranty Certificate for complete details)
