Chef David Becker's first class at The Clarke Culinary Center will change the way you cook and entertain this winter! Spark up your winter with a fun Italian Dinner with an approachable twist. Learn his tips and techniques and you'll be hosting a dinner party with Chef Becker's specialties before February is over! Taste and learn about Roasted Garlicky Chicken with Garbanzo Beans, Figs, Toasted Sage and Crispy Pancetta.Then enjoy Sauteed Sea Scallops over a salad of Winter Greens with a warmed Tomato and Caper Vinaigrette. Delight in Root Veggie Ragout with braised Veal tossed with homemade Paparadelle.
