Three weeks a year, Clarke's amphitheatre/studio in our Milford showroom transforms into the bustling kitchen set for Chef Ming Tsai's national public television cooking show, Simply Ming.

Cameras roll, prep chefs work their magic on Wolf ranges and ovens, makeup artists dab powder on the next guest, and the host, Chef Ming Tsai, cooly orchestrates the filming of up to three programs per day!

Each episode of Simply Ming focuses on two main ingredients: one from the East and one from the West. Using this ingredient pair, Ming offers flavorful, simple solutions to preparing delicious meals every night of the week. Many of these are one-pot dishes, which save time and reduce clean up because they can be prepared in one vessel. And with our top of the line appliances, the Clarke showroom is the perfect backdrop for Chef Ming’s Emmy Award-winning talents.
