Three weeks a year, Clarke's amphitheatre/studio in our Milford showroom transforms into the bustling kitchen set for Chef Ming Tsai's national cooking show, Simply Ming.

Cameras roll, prep chefs work their magic on Wolf ranges and ovens, makeup artists dab powder on the next guest, and the host, Chef Ming Tsai, cooly orchestrates the filming of up to four programs per day!

Simply Ming centers around a varied selection of master recipes that can be made in advance, and then used during the week to prepare tasty and exciting dishes quickly—often in 30 minutes or less. And with our top of the line appliances, the Clarke showroom is the perfect backdrop for Chef Ming’s Emmy Award-winning talents.
